So I lost my key to my car listed above. I tried to hot wire my car by me doing that I broke some parts to my car. I ripped the ring wire that’s around the key location and then I opened up the ignition switch that’s behind the key location, but I closed it right away. I was able to make it crank but no fuel is been let out antitheft system. So the next day I called a lock smith and made a new key but still won’t turn over. Can the parts that I messed up be the reason why it won’t turn on? The first pik I ripped it out it had wire around it and the 2 pik I opened where it’s pointing but I closed it right away.

Can I ask if the security light is flashing? If so, the alarm is enabled. I would do a hard system reboot which this guide can show you how:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/step-by-step-guide-performing-a-hard-system-reboot-for-your-vehicles-electronics-systems

Next, if you opened the ignition switch it could have messed up the contact plate so now the switch will not work anymore.

On the first image which is the NATS Antenna Amplifier that has to be in place so it can read the new key, which I assume was coded by the locksmith? Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

This means the alarm system is enabled, did you try the hard system reboot? If so lets do a CAN scan to see what codes are stored, this video will show you how.

Please go over this guide and get back to us.

This just means the battery was disconnected recently, we need a CAN scan because it will give you the code for the security system

P0603 - ECM/PCM Keep Alive Memory (KAM) Error

A CAN scan is different than a regular engine scan. Is the NATS antenna amp in good working order?

What is the OBD2 port or the NATS antenna amp? The amp (ring around the key) must be working for the security system to disable.

We can help, but I am sorry we only handle one problem per thread, can I ask what fixed the last problem? Please post your new question here, you must be logged in.
