I have replaced the spark plugs, air filter, cleaned the mass air flow sensor many times, replaced spark plug wires, oil change, PCV valve, hose from PCV to engine. But still getting p0102. The car idles rough, and upon acceleration stalls and jerks. If I give it acceleration, it picks up speed but at idle, it runs rough.

Good morning,

I would start with a compression test for the rough running to be sure there is nothing wrong internally in the motor.

As far as the 102, it is for the mass air flow circuit.

First, you cannot clean a mass air flow sensor. The carbon gets burned on the sensor end and there is no cleaner that can remove it.

Below are possibilities for the code.

The white/red wire is fused controlled. Make sure it has voltage with the key on.

P0102
Descriptor
Mass Air Flow (Maf) Circuit Low Input
Probable Causes
Closed Throttle Indication In Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) System
Intake Air Leak Near Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor

Mass Air Flow (MAF) Circuit Shorted to Ground
Mass Air Flow (MAF) Return Circuit Open to Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Damaged
Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor Disconnected
Power or Ground Open to Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor
Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Damaged

An easy thing to try is to uncork the exhaust at the flange from the exhaust manifold. Code p0102 could be circuit related or condition related, like not enough airflow across the mass airflow sensor due to an intake leak or an exhaust restriction.
