Idles but wont rev at all

My car is hard to start but when it does it idles fine but will not rev up it just sputters and the rpm drops lower than idle but does not die I've tried the egr and o2 sensor and plugs if I barely press the peddle it will rev up like normal

Start with a scan for any unresolved fault code, post any codes here for further assistance.

The cel is not on but I rechecked it and nothing came up but the codes that came up before I done the o2 sensor was the o2 sensor code.

Clean air flow meter if fitted, sounds like a tpi or air flow meter problem.
