I/P fuse panel battery feed is draining my battery

The battery was drained after a few days without a turn in on the truck. After pulling out the fuse 22 in the engine compartment it drops the draining and the truck could be cranked up. What might cause it?

I have seen the instrument cluster cause this issue. to be sure please remove the cluster to see if the drain goes away here is a guide to help:
