Keeps blowing fuel pump fuses

So just bought this vehicle and it keeps blowing fuel pump fuses. Sometimes a lot more often. Then other times then at one time it would blow as soon as I put new in. Please help

Let's confirm which fuse is blowing. Is it fuse 21 in the PDC?

If it is then this issue is due to something drawing too much current. So either the relay is stuck causing the fuse to blow or the fuel pump is shorted causing the issue.

What I would do is swap the relay with another and retest the issue. If it blows another fuse then I would replace the pump.
