I have plugged in a bad plug in the rear ceiling of the van into a 12 volts car outlet. It shorted and lost the lighting through the ceiling of the van. I have checked the fuses and can't find any that are bad. Is there an in line fuse or something that I'm not noticing?

Welcome to 2CarPros. Is this a conversion van or extended work van? The wiring diagrams I have don't show a rear outlet from the factory. I have seen them in conversion vans though.
The OEM lights are on fuse #8 which is a 15 amp fuse. If it's a conversion van they usually hide the upfitter fuse box behind a trim cover. Most are behind the drivers seat in the sidewall.
