While driving the engine power reduces and engine RPMs go up?

My car started throwing traction control. Then engine power reduces my car would rev up and get to speed slowly. My car shut off out of nowhere there is noise under the hood. One person told me it could be an O2 sensor and another the timing. I don’t know what to do.

It sounds like the car is going into limp mode? We need to get a scanner and run the codes to see what we need to fix it, it could be just a dirty throttle body, or maybe low transmission fluid.
