Hyndai Accent 1998, 132,000 kms. The turn signals (both left and right) were working fine but started to fail. They no longer work at all but the emergency lights are working ok. Is it a problem with the turn signal flasher and if so where is it located in my car?

Could be the stalk switch itself but im not 100% as electrical takes a little bit of diagnosing I would also check the relay, I think it has a different relay than what the flashers have, I will check my trouble shooting manual when I return to work on tuesday and get back to you

OK by looking at the etm it can be 2 things wrong here either the Hazard switch or the relay, the power runs throu the hazard switch from the fuse box and I think that the switch is bad, if you had a voltemeter u should see 12v at both white wires behind hazard switch on dashboard. If u only have 12volts going in on the one white wire and nothing at the other white wire the switch is bad, I think thats the culprit but just remember that it also could be the relay, I remember seeing some of these switches going bad b4
