I didn't get a reply from the forum so I called a locksmith. He sprayed w-d 40 in the lock hole, tapped the lock lightly with a screwdriver, turned the wheel lightly and tried the key, and it turned! He said that it might happen again because he thinks there may be a bent wafer in the lock. That probably happened because we tried to force the key so many times. SO if this happens to you, try wd-40 first!
