Hazzard lights and horn

I turned on the hazzard switch and nothing, I checked the fuse and it was blown. I replaced the fused and it promptly blew. Relay?

Horn is very intermittant. Is it wise for me to pull the steering wheel with an air bag? ( I think it could be the contact on the steering wheel)

Thanks, csarel

Could be the relay. Do all turn signals work ok? You can use a meter to test the wiring for a short to ground at the switch. Yes you can remove an air bag steering wheel, but you should follow all safety instructions when doing so.

Yes, turn signals work fine, no issues there.
Perchance, do you know where the relay is? Manual is no help.

Thanks for your prompt reply!
