Can Not remove Tire from Car!

I followed the manual to remove the tire, however once I removed the 4 lugnuts, the tire is still tight to the hub and will not come off. What do I do?

This isn't uncommon. The wheel has corrosion and has frozen to the hub. I use a dead blow hammer (hammerhead is full of sand, soft faced) and smack them off. NOTE: If you use a steel hammer, place a 2x4 between the hammer and the wheel so you don't damage the wheel.
