Hi mistri, Welcome to 2carpros and TY for the donation

Lets start by checking the actual fuel pressure and get back with the readings and also check if the injectors are pulsing

Hello,
One important thing to mention, I took my fuel
presure at the top of the fuel filter, I don't have T setup.
I check the fuel return line at the fuel pump,
When I crank it returns the fuel.

Hello,
I replaced the spark plugs, Check the sparks at the
tips, all fine, check the engine compression each
cylinder is fine, Check the injector pulse is fine.
Replace the fuel in the tank, fuel pump is fine,
check the fuel pressure at the fuel filter is fine.
Timing belt is fine and aligned to the mark.
If I spray starting fluid at the air intake it starts for while and stops.
What you want me to try next?
Thanks
Ashk

New fuel pump but its producing too much pressure it will flood the engine out also check the fuel pressure regulator. What is the fuel pressure reading at this time? If fuel pressure is within specs now-check the valve and ignition timing even if you're getting spark and fuel if the timing is off she won't start.
