1996 Hyundai Elantra will not start at all except by bypassing the ignition switch. Won't start with a jump start. I think no power is going to the solenoid. Fuses and Relay appear fine. What else can I check? (FYI. CarMD just shows "Error")

Need more info, Automatic or standard? When you turn the key does anything happen? Brake switch operating? Check brake lights for illlumination while pressing pedal?
