I have a problem with my car listed above 12v. It is stuttering when I accelerate. I have changed the plugs, leads etc. Almost everything ignition related. But still the problem remains. MAF sensor also changed. Idles perfectly, but when I accelerate it starts to cut out. What could be the source of the problem? Could it be something fuel related? Cannot get any readings from the obd (does not connect).

Was the ignition coil checked or replaced? Hesitation are usually due to misfiring of the plugs but if it lags while accelerating, fuel supply can be a cause.
Have the fuel pressure tested and check the fuel filter for clogging.

Coil is brand new. When I accelerate hard in second gear, it stutters and when revs gets higher, it jolts like nothing is wrong. I will change the fuel filter today. Is there any other things I could check? How can I check the fuel pressure?

Testing the fuel pressure requires a pressure tester and it can be loan from some stores that provide such services.
