Air only comes out at the defrost vents. No change with replacement of control panel or recalibration of unit.

Is there engine vacuum to the control panel? The defroster is the default if there is an issue. If engine vacuum is not getting to the system, the vents cannot change air flow direction.

First answer is correct. It's an all day job. Shop charge 3 to 5 hundred labor plus part. Must have skinny hands, very tight space.?
