Musty smell and sometimes water on passenger floor when it rains.

Look under the hood, on the passenger side of the firewall, for a four inch long rubber hose hanging down with a ninety degree bend in it. Squeeze the end to open it up and see if any water comes out. If it does not, there is a wire ring holding that hose onto a plastic nipple. Squeeze that ring, then pull the hose off. Stick a pencil into the plastic pipe to dislodge any debris. Water should start running out.

The car dealer's parts department will have a spray can of odor neutralizer that you can spray into the vent openings and the fresh air intake, if you can get to it.
