HVAC isssues

Can hear the blower motor working but not a lot of air is coming out of the vents. Also, can not switch air from face position to any other positions, such as feet defrost etc.

Try pulling HVAC fuse inside truck with key on for sixty seconds then reinstall. It may reset the actuators. It may also be vacuum operated system we have no pictures of anything on this system. Mode actuator or vacuum motors are typically by gas pedal on heater system.

Pulling fuse helped with blower, still can't swith zones. Could it be the control unit that is bad?

See if there is power to the actuator if the control unit is bad it has to be scanned for codes by a mechanic to see if it is then may need programming after replaced.
