How to get belt on and off the cover on tension pulley cover

Can get tension released to get belt off the other pulleys but can’t figure how to get it off covering tension pulley. Thanks for. The help.

Normally on that design you remove the tensioner by taking out the bolts that hold it on to get the belt off unless there is room to turn the belt 90 degrees to slip it between the pulley and the front cover. Then you put the belt on and install the tensioner over it. The 2 bolts on the tensioner are torqued to 18 ft. Lb

Thank you. I am not certain what will happen if I remove the bolts. Should I expect fluid or pieces or will it be a clean off and on? No calibrations or marks needed before removed? Thank you. Appreciate your help. A lot!

Nothing, the bolts just thread into the casting, nothing will come out. No calibration needed.
