Check and test Electronic Air Ctrl. Valve (EFI) On top of engine, look for vacuum leaks also might try dropping it down using the throttle stop screw

Razy. There is no throttle down skrew on my fuel injection engin.
I can resolve the idle by way of the computer but to expensive and reves are to close to the normal retting od 750.
I have heard that I can reverse the spring loaded cap in the EFI valve. This will bring down the reves permanently which is ok for a warm climate.
All other points on my car are excelent.
I have disconected the EFI with the reves coming down to 600. This is good for a manual change. But the warning engin light stays on and the air con. Won't come in due to the reves being low. Will this be ok. To reverce cap. Squiizy.

Did you double check for vacuum leaks-try checking the TPS sensor voltages-see below
