1985 Honda Prelude carburetors

I would like to know if there is a kit to upgrade from the 2 side draft carbs currently on my car. One or both of the carbs are flooding badly and I am not sure if I should get them fixed or replace them with an upgrade if available. Could you please offer me some advice on this.

Hi David French,

If one of the carb is flooding easily, the float is defective and replacing it would solve the problem.

I would suggest rebuilding them as they will last you a long time unless corrosion has occurred.
