Speedometer would go to 0 and back to the speed I was going

While driving on the highway this morning my radio went on and of a few times. At the same time my tach. And speedometer would go to 0 and back to the speed I was going.

Hello,

The speedometer issue is likely caused by a faulty vehicle speed sensor (VSS).
The VSS is located on the transmission housing. It measures the transmission shaft rotation and sends that information to the ECM. The ECM then translates that signal into the speedometer.
Before replacing the sensor make sure that the electrical connector is secured and does not have any carrions. As this can happened due to a loose connection or corroded pin.
