Hello,

In order to replace the alternator belt you will need breaker bar with a correct size socket for the tensioner pulley. Apply pressure counter clockwise and the tension will loosen and you will be able to get the belt out.

This vehicle is equipped with auto-tension alternator belt, it cannot be adjusted. If the tensioner is defective and does not have enough pressure it will have to be replaced.

I have attached diagrams for your reference.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
