1986 Honda CRX car will not start

I have a 1986 Honda CRX with 240,000 miles. Everything was working fine until one night I went to turn it on and it would not. It seems like it wants to turn on but doesn't. I turned the key to turn it on and pressed the accelerator but it would not. Since my gas tank was on empty I figured it was the gas so I went and got some gas to put in it but still nothing. At this point I replaced the gas pump with a new one, checked the ignition, the spark plugs & nothing. Fuel does go into the carburator but don't know what else could be wrong. Please help

Check for spark

Get a helper disconnect a sparkplug wire or 2 and ground it to the engine atleast 3/16 away from ground-have helper crank engine over-do you have a snapping blue spark?

Already checked for a spark and it does spark?

Check the fuel pressure if its within specs and also for injection pulses
