2000 Honda CRV making noises

Had the honda looked at and they say that the bearings are going out. Honda said that they do not fix it they just replace the tranny. We need a brake down of the tranny. Or is there a way to unhook the rear drive and just have front drive. Something please let me know

Hi there,

You can't disconnect the rear drive, it just wont work, I would get a second opinion from a specialist transmission work shop and see what they recommend.
