Engine Cooling problem
1997 Honda CRV 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Hello! I;m the owner of th Honda CRV 1997 model!
The problem is the fan on the radiator dont come on intime, it have collant, the temp guage on the dash board rise to 3/4 or even full and drops down back to normal it goes and come. Plus i've change the thermo swith. Help!

Hi Sayeed,

Seems the problem is with inaccurate temperature reading rather than a fault with the cooling system.

I would sugggest checking the grounding connections dehind the front headlights. Any bad connection would cause inaccurate temperature readings.
