Suspension Springs Change

Hey Guys.
I have a Honda Civic, 94 Sedan Manual, 196kms.
it has been lowered from the previous owner but now the car has been scrapping with the rear tires, I was just wondering if you guys can give me an idea on how to change the springs on this honda civic?

Any help will much appreciated. Thanks.

Here the scoop from Honda...You may need an alignment after, especially since it was lowered!
