2007 Honda Civic suspension problem on family daily driver

The car is to close to the tire. When driven it sounds like the car is scratching the tire. No leaks found. I dont know much more than that. Please help. Its a family daily driver so help is needed quickly please.

Sounds like the coil spring broke and is causing the body to sag. It is not safe to drive it like this, get it into a shop asap.
