Hello their I have a 93 honda civic with 98,000 miles on it and should I change my tranmsion oil? Some people told me that is bad if I change it.

Change it and the filter. This is the best way to check and see what is wearing in the tranny. You don't want to see many metal shavings. Also, make sure you use the best recommended transmission oil and do not over fill it.
