2004 Honda Civic noise and rattle

At about 35-45 mph, car shakes, rattles for a few seconds, then noise and shaking stops. It feels like I am going over railroad tracks, then it smooths out. It doesn't does it allways, just sometimes. No engine lights on. Please help me. Thank you.

Hi hpate,

Get the inner CV joints checked for smooth operations. Look out for signs of torn boots and spilt grease.
