2002 Honda Civic rattling suspension

I found out the cause of the rattle was my front passenger side sway bar link had broke due to rust. Now the problem is that I cannot get it off because how bad the rust is on the nuts. Any advice for problems like this I would greatly appreciate it.

Got two choices hacksaw or torch. see diagram is this part that broke

Yes that is the part that broke. It snapped at the end of the lower arm so it is just dangling there.

If you can get a sawsall with metal blade cut bolt between link ball socket and frame and sway bar.
