Have you checked for power and ground at the blower motor? Start there

Yes I am getting power at the fan, but I pulled the blower out and tested it with a battery charger and it spun up fine, the honda place said it was either the switch, the blower motor, the resitor, or a loose wire, since I have steady power at the fan I don't think it is a loose wire. Can you tell me where to look for the resitor? And how to test it?

The vehicle uses a switched ground with variable resistance to set blower motor speed. The blower motor resister is the next place to look. It should be right beside the blower motor screwed into the heater box. Check to see if you have ground in and out of it.
