2002 Honda Civic car stops when hot

But when cool off for about 10 minutes will start up again, had new manifold put in. New thermastat and radiator flush, but still have the same problem?

How hot does it get? (The coolant gauge)

If it's at a normal temperature, then first thing I would do is scan for any pending or current codes. I'd also hook up a fuel pressure gauge to see if you are loosing fuel or not.
