2000 Honda Civic Heats up but no fan

My car has heat coming from the vents but nothing blows it throughout the car. When I put it on the recirculate button no heat comes out or it blocks it.

So the blower motor does not turn on? Check your fuses first, then check to see that the blower motor is getting power and ground when the fan switch is turned on.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
