2000 Honda Civic flashing check engine light

You need to take to a garage for them to run a quick diagnostics check on the car, it will then tell you the reason the engine management light is on. The performance of the car can sometimes be restricted if the engine management light comes on, or it may be due to the problem with the car itself. Either way if u take to a garage they can check for you and tell you straight away what the problem is. My honda had light come on and I took to a garage, did the same and turned out I needed both of the oxygen sensors replaced.
