Hi ryanwess,

Put vehicle on stand.
Remove the wheel.
Remove the CV joint central nut.
Remove brake caliper and mount.
Use puller to pull the hub out, need not come out completely but must be sufficient to remove and install the lugs.
Knock the old lug out.
Install new lug and use the nut to pull ( press ) it into position.
Reverse procedure.
