What is the essentials for the 200,000km service and how much should I expect it to cost? Timing belt, spark plugs, brake checks, replace all fluids etc

For tune up of parts listed below as needing replaced, estimate will be around $500 including parts and labor. Estimate will change depending on location of repairs and brand names chosen for parts. Below is a maintenance guide for 192,000km.
