1999 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

My 1999 honda civic backseat got wet and I need to take it out to dry and cant seem to get it out. It seems to be caught on something in the rear center of it and I dont want to rip it out. Is there a screw or am I doing something wrong?

You must pull the carpet off the back rest of the seat first (plastic clips) this will reveal all the 12mm bolts that need to come out.
The rear bench is attached by two 10mm bolts and two front clips.
