EVERY TIME IM DRIVING AND WHEN I SHIFT TO THIRD IT SCRACHES REALLY LOUD. COULD THAT DO WITH MY TRANSMISSION?

Sounds like you have a tranmission grind in 3rd gear. I would check transmission fluid level and possible change fluid depending on when it was done last. Also inspect your shift linkage for any worn out bushings and also inspect your motor mounts.

If this has been happening for a while there may be an issue with your syncro assembly and possibly the dog teeth on the gear.
