Several things can cause your trouble. Lets start with problem in park. This can be caused by a low idle problem. Also, you need to check motor mounts & trans mounts. They have rubber bushings inside the metal frme that can be deteriorated or cracked. The metal frme can be broke also. As for problem while driving, this can be caused also by motor/trans. Mounts or you may have another problem. Check tire balance, ball joints, tie rods & ck. Everything for breaks or looseness. Basicly, ck. The whole frt. End susp. & Steering. Start w/easy things 1st. Inner axle shaft joints have been known to wear out inside & cause vibration. Good Luck.
