On Monday I got my oil changed the gentlemen told me I have a real bad oil leak, well I was aware that my car was leaking a little bit of oil so I didn't think nothing of it when I left. On Tuesday I got a tune-up from a different shop, they check leaks but they didn't say anything about me having a "real bad oil leak", so after I was done with that I just went home. Next day I had to drive to work which is like 15miles away from my home and while driving to work I noticed visible smoke coming through my air vents and also from underneath my hood. Going back home I noticed the same thing, so I let my car sit for a while and when I came back to check on my car I noticed that there was alot of oil spilled and that under the hood it looks like oil was kinda shooting around in there. So basically I have no idea why this is happening, can someon please help me out? PLEASE?

I would guess you need a valve cover gasket. Oil is leaking onto the exhaust manifold, causing the smoke. It might be that changing the spark plugs loosened the valve cover still further, but it sounds like it was leaking before that.
