am trying to shift move my gears and its hard to move the gears but when I turn the engine off the gears move freely what should I do?

Hi czway,

Confirm that the difficult gear shifting is not due to the clutches and get the gear oil replaced and see if it helps. Wrong type of gear oil used would result in this as well.
