1996 Honda Civic cooling bsystem

My honda is playing up its overheating so I took it to the garage got the thermostat changed still experiencing problems the radiator is empty every morning I look so I tried rad weld but my problems not resolved the fan comes on so I dnt know wat the problem can be could it be the water pump or gasket?

Hi ree2008,

If the reserve tank is drying out too and not overflowing, it should not be head gasket problem.

There is a leaking somewhere and it could be anything so you need a pressure test to find out where the leakage is coming from.
