1995 Honda Civic squealing!

I just bought my first car and it is squealing extremely bad. My father told me it was probaly oil on the belt so I degreased it and the whole engine and it is still the same. Any suggestions? And also the a/c is not on during this squealing.

I suspect it is from the alternator belt which requires some adjustment or might be due for replacement.
