Hi, when my cars lights are turned OFF, and I press my brakes the front lights (side lights) come on too.

And the stereo and the clock and dails all go dim until I release the brake pedal

When I turn ON my front lights all the interior lights go dim and everything is fine

its only when the front lights are turned OFF, that when I press my brakes its seemed like its acting like a dimmer

And with the keys out of car and depressing brake pedal it makes the Beep sound, which I normally get when I leave the lights on. But lights are OFF and brake depressed it BEEPS

only thing I have done since its add a bass box and amp.I am thinking it could be something to do with the remote wire. Not sure

Any help please?

thanks

Recheck the wiring
you must have crossed some wire some where
and would also check light bulbs in the back
maybe a wrong bulb was installed causing a feed back

Hi k24civic,

Don't forget to check for badly connected ground, especially at rear taillights.
