Ive had my civic for about 5 years now, it has never leaked this much oil until now. I went and got an oil change six months ago, and it didnt fix the problem. Then, about 2 and a half months ago, I got another oil change, and the next DAY all the oil was completely gone. Do you think you know what could be the problem? Thank You for yuor help

Do you see a huge puddle under the car, or the oil mysteriously disappear?

You will have to get dirty, then. When locating oil leak, you need to start with clean undercarriage. Start with a cool engine, raise the front of the car, get underneath it, and spray brake cleaner liberally wherever you can. Wait a few minutes, and wipe off all the gunk that the brake cleaner takes off.

Lower the vehicle, and add oil up to the dipstick level. Put some cardboard under the engine. Wait a few hours, and see if you have any oil drops on the cardboard. If you do, raise the vehicle and locate where the leak is coming from. Now you have some idea on what to fix.

If you don't see any oil drops, turn the engine on and see you can locate the dripping then.
