Hi I have a 1995 honda civic I have spark and I hear the fuel pump kick on but the car does not turn over! Wat could this be? If I hace spark can it still be the ignition control mosdule or some kind of sensor?

If you have spark than ignition system if OK check for fuel in the fuel rail and check for injector pulse you may be hearing the fuel pump but it may not have any fuel or pressure spray starting fluid in air way place back the air filter and try to start if start a bit and die check fuel system
good luck

Try retrieving any stored DTC's in the ECU.

Also, just because you have spark, doesn't mean you have strong enough spark to ignite the mixture.

Some things to check:

DTC's
STRONG spark to each cylinder.
Timing belt hasn't jumped any teeth.
Injectors are pulsing.
