hay its me agin,i was doing 60 and engin just stoped. well been takeing it apart,ac was cracked didnt need it anyways so i removed it. I was wondering if i remove ac pump and belt if that will affect water pump?looks like power st and alt belts ride same main belt drive.any info you have or come across would be great. my e-mail is gentryryan@ymail.com thax ryan

Ryan you can remove the a/c belt and it will affect nothing! It might even free hp a few hp (not much though).

I find the best way to get that belt out of there is just to cut the damn thing, you have to remove a mount bushing to remove the belt so it's just a lot easier to cut it.

I was wondering how the vales come out? Need to see if bent. Looks like unbolt lift up? Any info would be great, tips. Want to have most of this done by this weekend, unless more repairs needed, vales ect. Thax agin you are time savers. Gentry
