Engine Cooling problem
1994 Honda Civic 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 156k miles

My car is overheating at higher speeds say anything over 70 k/h replaced thermostat, new radiator, at higher speeds it dumps everything in the over flow sitting at lights seams to do fine but excelerating and running at highway speeds it over heats I noticed the fans do not turn on altho I know they should I hard wiring them to test the fan motors they turn on what should I replace or fix to make them turn on when they should. Or am I having a worse problem then I think..

What worries me is you said that you are having coolant dumped into the overflow. This sounds like a headgasket failure. Have the cylinders leakdown tested to properly diagnose this.

Goodluck.
