i have a 94 honda civic ex and I just did the head gasket and put a brand new head and a new radiator and resovier and all hoses and its still overheating there is no smoke coming from the tailpipe so it cant be the head gasket and I just changed it so I dont know whats going on with it.

Things to check:

Ensure coolant level is still topped up and the system is properly bled(very important).
Ensure the proper temperature thermostat is installed and is functioning
Ensure the cooling fan comes on and cycles properly.

We did all of that. The car was running good for like 3 days after we did it and then just started overheating again.
