I recently had swapped engines because the first ones pully was bent so my backyard mechanic swapped it and everythin on the engine works fine but the computer doesn't change gears from 1st to 2bd automaticly so I have to is there anyway for me to rewire the computer for it to work right again

Hi there,

If this is an electrical problem then the issue will be with the transmission electrics, you can't re wire an ECU, get a scan first to see what codes if any are set, start here.
